An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a boutique yacht management business headquartered in Switzerland. The company provide a full suite of managed services to owners and ancillary services to the wider industry. With a beautiful fleet of yachts already under management, the company is proactively growing its fleet through 2025 and developing new build projects with more clients. As part of its planned growth, the MD would like to hire a Finance Manager to provide the following business services -

*Managing the individual asset accounts.

*Overseeing the company's daily financial management.

*Developing the use of company financial software.

*Setting up reporting structures.

*Budgetary oversight and management.

*Providing reporting services to Directors and Owners.

About You -

*Experienced in accounting and financial management in a growth business.

*Diligent, organised and a keen eye for detail.

*A positive, can-do approach to tasks.

*The ability to work alone and in a team.

*Fluent written and verbal English.

*Available to travel to international company offices in Turkey and Singapore.

*Experience in the yachting industry is advantageous but not essential.

*Experience in industry-specific software such as Voly and Deep Blue is advantageous but not essential.

Although the company HQ is in Geneva, applications are encouraged from suitable candidates outside of this location (South of France, Spain, UK etc) who would consider relocation, or work remotely on the proviso that regular attendance at the Geneva office would be required.

Full remuneration package by negotiation.
