The Yacht Crew Manager is responsible for the recruitment, placement, administration, and ongoing management of crew members across a fleet of yachts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for captains, yacht owners, and crew, ensuring vessels are staffed with qualified personnel while maintaining compliance with maritime regulations and industry standards.

We are seeking a commercially minded, data-driven Head of Charter to build, grow, and lead a charter division encompassing both retail and Central Agency activity. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for revenue growth, market expansion, and team development, driven by analytics and measurable performance rather than intuition. Charter experience is strongly preferred but not essential. We welcome candidates from adjacent luxury or asset-led industries who bring fresh thinking, modern sales strategies, and a proven ability to scale commercial teams. This role is about growth, not maintenance.
