The client is seeking a strategic leader who can own both the vision and the execution of marketing, growth, and customer acquisition systems. This is not a typical marketing role. You’ll be expected to think like a CMO, act like a Head of Growth, and build like a Marketing Ops Architect. From defining the client's brand and voice to deploying high-converting digital funnels, you’ll lead their marketing evolution end-to-end.
As Head of Marketing & Growth Infrastructure you'll lead the transformation of a luxury yachting brand into a tech-enabled, data-driven global powerhouse. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a premium service business by owning both the strategic vision and hands-on execution of all marketing, growth, and customer acquisition systems. You’ll work across multiple international hubs, building scalable digital funnels, a cutting-edge marketing tech stack, and a world-class brand that resonates with ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Core Objectives
- Build the client brand into a high-performance lead generation engine across yacht charter, management, and brokerage. Conduct a thorough audit of existing marketing channels, website, tracking, funnels, CRM, automation, analytics, SEO, paid media, etc. Identify gaps, bottlenecks, inefficiencies and missed opportunities. Building a roadmap from current state to future state, including milestones, priorities, KPIs and tooling.
- Establish a scalable marketing tech stack and reporting system to enable data-driven decisions, automation, and ROI optimisation.
- Enhance our reputation and relevance in the luxury yachting world, while unlocking new digital channels and scalable growth levers.

Candidate Profile
Experience
● 7–12 years in marketing leadership, growth, or demand generation roles
● Proven experience scaling lead generation and brand visibility in a luxury brands or service-based business (hospitality, luxury travel, cruise lines, private aviation, real estate, luxury brands, etc.)
● Track record of building or owning a marketing tech stack and performance funnel from scratch
Skills
● Proactive self-starter who can work autonomously without needing to be led
● Strategic brand thinking + tactical execution
● Hands-on skills in tools like Webflow/WordPress, Zapier/Make, or data visualisation tools, or ability to oversee & manage third party
● Performance marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media
● CRM, lifecycle and marketing automation
● Analytical mindset; fluent in GA4, CRM systems, etc
● Familiarity with design systems and content production workflows
Advantageoups
● Experience with UHNW audiences
● Multilingual (English is a must but French/German/Italian/Spanish and other languages considered valuable)
● Understanding of yachting industry
