A unique, boutique sales and charter brokerage is looking for a Charter Manager to develop and grow its existing fleet.

If you're experienced in charter management and looking for an opportunity to work from home on a commission-only basis then this could be a great role to consider.

With a fleet of 10+ yachts under management in the 40-60m range, you'll develop relationships with existing clients and owners to ensure bookings and drive revenue growth. The client is happy to offer a FT WFH role with travel in accordance with business requirements. Working to company guidelines, you'll effectively be able to run your own desk and develop the fleet and client base accordingly. 

You'll be fluent in written and verbal English, with previous experience of charter management and a mature network of industry contacts. 

Based on the recent Med seasons, the OTE for this role is €140/160,000 PA.
