Based SoF, this is a full time position as the business navigates a critical period of growth, with ambitious plans to become the number 1 consumer platform for yacht charter and global cruising. You'll lead and manage the companies CA, covering yacht data, marketing material, communications and developing a team.

You'll be an established broker with a robust network with previous management experience, ideally within a team environment.  You'll have an eye for detail and commercially aware, able to manage budgets and provide accurate forecasting data. Fluent in written and verbal English, you'll enjoy a fast paced environment and enjoy helping others to succeed.

If you have 3+ years experience in charter and considering the next stage of your career then this could be the perfect position; working alongside the internal stakeholders you'll establish and manage a pipeline and method for revenue generation. Closing inbound leads, idenfiying new opportunities and managing client and partern relationships you'll be naturally inquisitve, a problem solver and a real people person!
