Position Overview
They are seeking a driven, professional, and customer-focused retail charter broker to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury travel and yachting, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage high-net-worth clients. As a Retail Charter Broker, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of yacht charter bookings—from client acquisition and consultation to yacht selection, negotiation, and post-charter follow-up.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for charter clients throughout the booking process.

Consult with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and expectations.

Match clients with suitable yachts and itineraries based on their needs.

Prepare and present tailored charter proposals and quotes.

Negotiate charter contracts and terms with yacht managers and owners.

Coordinate with captains, crew, and third-party vendors to ensure flawless charter execution.

Provide concierge-level service before, during, and after the charter.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of yachts, charter destinations, and industry trends.

Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Represent the company at industry events, yacht shows, and networking functions (as needed).
Qualifications

Proven experience in yacht charter brokerage, luxury travel sales, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of the luxury yacht market and charter destinations (Mediterranean, Caribbean, etc.).

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service orientation.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
