Job Description

Can you perform servicing, diagnostics and fault finding on inboard/outboard engines?

If you are experienced in the leisure marine industry and are thinking of a change in your career, this could be an interesting job opportunity for you.

Something to bear in mind before applying - location.

If you are looking for something local/close to home and are unable to relocate for work, appreciate not everyone can, then this probably isn't for you.

We are helping a business in a remote coastal area, ideal for families or someone who prefers a slower pace of life and wants to live/work by the water.

What's in it for you?

To support the move there is relocation assistance available, which is considered on an individual basis - whatever makes it easier for you!

An attractive salary (above industry average) and formal training with leading OEMs.

What are the day-to-day requirements?

Although varied and depending on the work schedule, you will be covering a range of tasks on boats of all shapes and sizes.

A customer could be having issues with their engine, which you will be expected to diagnose and repair.

Or it could be an entirely new install, so replacing a broken engine or upgrading to something new/more powerful.

The company

Something people often mention is they want to feel valued by their employer, not just a number in a large organisation, and have a good working environment - and you will certainly get both here, there is a "family vibe" to the business and they want a new member to join!
