A prestigious international management company is seeking a Yacht Operations Asisstant for their Ft Lauderdale office.

Working alongside the yacht management team, you will assist YMs and Ops Managers with the daily tasks around fleet management, liaising with both external stakeholders and internal departments to drive activity and tasks. This is a position with growth potential, and many existing yacht managers have progressed through this role. You'll have onboard experience and good knowledge of safety and compliance, along with a can-do attitude, the ability to multi task, and possess great people skills. The role would suit a 1st or 2nd Officer transitioning ashore, or looking to progress their existing land based career.
