Job Description

A great opportunity to join a crucial business division at one of yachting's most renowned international brands.

 

You will assist in managing crew relationships, processing claims that need assistance due to a requirement for emergency treatment or where the nature of the case is sensitive or of high exposure. Though regular contact with crew, you will develop strong and trusting relations and be familiar with the company insurance policies to ensure crew understand them, the benefits provided and how to make a claim. You will also develop good relationships with yachts and upsell the company crew policy to yachts that are managed internally but do not have a company insurance policy in place.

 

You will be based in the South of France, this role is a hybrid of remote and office working with travel required to various yachts alongside.

 

The successful candidate will have the following attributes/experience:

- crew or insurance background

- EU passport or equivalent visa which allows open travel within the EU

- Excellent level of written and spoken English and numeracy

- Great networking skills

- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders (Capts, Owners etc)

- Capability to work independently and take initiative

- Attention to detail

- Excellent problem solving approach

- Adequate home office set up

 

This role offers a fantastic remuneration package including company performance bonuses and individual commiissions
