An internationally-experienced HR Manager is sought for an exciting new refit project.
Launching in early 2022, the yard itself has recent appointed a General Manager who is now building a team beneath him to develop a world-class refit facility.
With the existing team being multi-national and with further growth in the pipeline, the team now needs to evolve with the hiring of a skilled HR Manager to oversee all personnel matters as the company grows.
The HR Manager will oversee a variety of functions including:
- Recruitment, Interviewing and onboarding
- HR Disputes, disciplinaries and ER cases
- Personnel management and development
Plus much more.
As an individual, the ideal candidate will have worked in a shipyard environment before and be used to working with white collar and blue collar employees on both hourly-paid and salaried roles. Comfortable with most HR practises you will be confident in learning and understanding local HR process and law and to work closely with the management team across further team development
