Job Description

As Charter Fleet Marketing Coordinator you will plan, execute, and report on the marketing campaigns for all yachts in the charter management fleet, with the objective to maximise awareness and interest in each yacht from global retail charter brokers, advance qualified bookings, achieve charter income, and report on marketing successes to yacht owner clients.

The role will involve working with charter managers responsible for the yachts, you will set out a clear marketing strategy and multi-channel marketing campaign for each yacht, copywriting to highlight the yacht, its' features and benefits and help facilitate photography and video content with company suppliers. The creation of all required marketing documents such as yacht brochures, crew profiles, sample menus, cruising itineraries, etc and developing a written story and editorial features for all yachts in the charter fleet. Ensuring all marketing material relating to our charter fleet remains up to date across all print, digital, online materials and building strong connections and a network to drive co-marketing initiatives with key local partners in tourism. The planning, promotion and coordination of open days as well as participation at charter yacht shows and bespoke activities such as broker breakfasts, lunches, cocktail receptions etc. Remaining aware of the leading marketing tools used by competitors and the wider luxury tourism sector and implementing innovation to ensure our charter fleet marketing is viewed as ‘best in class’.

Key skills include excellent creative and marketing copywriting capabilities, accomplished project management skills, extremely detailed oriented with strong proofreading capabilities, technical skills including use of website, content management systems, email creation and deployment systems (Salesforce & Pardot ideally), strong verbal communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure, while taking direction from senior team members and be a collaborative team player. Significant experience in the super yacht charter marketing space, with a preferred luxury hospitality or tourism marketing background as a plus and mandatory English as a first language, with knowledge of other languages as a plus. Ideally based in South of France/Monaco but will consider those based in the UK.
