An established company with expertise in Yacht Management and Brokerage are looking to expand their Marketing team with a Digital Marketing Manager. The role will involve working closely with the Sales and Marketing Director and Group Marketing Manager to strategically plan and budget the group’s digital marketing strategy and programme. You will implement, manage, and report on a comprehensive and multi-faceted digital marketing programme for the company, with the objective to maximise awareness, register qualified client interest, and continual best-in-class performance of the company’s digital marketing environment. As well as planning the digital marketing campaigns and creating brand awareness to raise their profile with key target audiences, there will also be a heavy focus on marketing initiatives such as search engine optimization, pay-per-click, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and mobile marketing.
The use, such as performance and improvement, of CRM system Salesforce and Pardot marketing tool for targeted marketing campaigns and analysis of campaign performance across all channels is key, as well as working with the design and programming team to ensure website functionality, performance and content remains in peak performance and quality amongst our competitors and overseeing junior staff in the content maintenance and CRM system roles. You will be managing the company’s email marketing schedule and quality of execution across the company and regularly monitoring and offering advice on the latest digital marketing trends and areas for innovation and improvement.
Key skills for the role are significant experience with Salesforce and Pardot, experience in the super yacht industry, with luxury hospitality and tourism sector knowledge a plus, excellent project management skills and extremely detailed oriented with strong proofreading capabilities. Excellent communication, ability to work independently and under pressure while taking direction from Senior team members as well as being a collaborative team player, there will be very little support from external agencies or 3rd party technical resources so you cannot be reliant on this. Strong analytic knowledge and skills with websites and data, experience with wordpress and and awareness of current trends in online marketing. Due to the nature of the role, English must be your first language and knowledge of other languages is beneficial. The role can be remote and based in the UK or South of France/Monaco area.
