Working as the Digital Marketing Lead you will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy across various social media platforms, taking into account the brands missions and back story. You will be working closely with the marketing and commercial teams in house as well as communicating with suppliers on certain topics.
The company have developed a name in the industry associated with adventure, conservation and sustainability. Having partnered with several other big name brands, they have developed new foundations and initiatives to try and improve the way in which we operate on the sea and help drive change in this area.
A good technical understanding is important as the role requires an in depth knowledge and ability to implement tools to analyse data and interactions including SEO and produce campaigns that reach the correct target audiences. You will also need to have an understanding of the sales initiatives and how these can be launched digitally, as well as building strong relationships via social media and with other industry brands. Previous roles relating to Marine or luxury goods is a bonus. The role can be remote however a high level of English is essential, salary is dependant on the experience of the candidate.
