Job Description

One of the freshest names in international yachting is seeking a shore-based Technical Manager in Monaco!

As a TM, you'll ensure that all technical deliverables are met across a designated fleet of yachts, whilst providing in-house technical support to other internal departments in the company. Reporting to the Technical HOD, you'll carry out practical inspections onboard, preparing budgets and forecasts for approval and work closely with the operations managers in overseeing the vessels' annual budgets. Actively identifying cost savings and improvements in the annual maintenance strategy, you'll work closely with the onboard Chiefs to deliver 360 shoreside support. As well as building great working relationships with all stakeholders, you'll also form part of the company emergency response team around technical failures should an incident occur.

Ideally you'll have either a degree in engineering, naval architecture or project management. Alternatively, you'll have 2/3 years ashore in a similar role, or onboard experience as a Chief Engineer or 2nd Engineer onboard a megayacht.

This is an office-based role in Monaco with travel, so please consider geographical locations when applying.

Base salary is bracketed at €5,500-7,500 DOE with benefits.
