If you have experience in Composite Boatbuilding in the production of marine vessels, from small craft to motor or sailing yachts, and are seeking a new opportunity in the Southampton area -  we would love to hear from you! 

Perhaps you have been on the same boat line for some time and fancy a change or want to develop new skills and gain experience in a new area of the industry. 

The company we are working with produces a range of custom-built boats, making each build slightly different and giving you a better variety in your work. 

We are looking for people with assembly and fit out experience of epoxy + carbon fibre/glass fibre components from the yachting/boatbuilding sector to join this team. There is a very strong order book with overtime available - which can seriously boost your annual earning potential! 

Ideally you will also have interior and exterior boatbuilding skills - working with a variety of materials, wood, metallics and composites. 

You will be joining a close-knit team so being a good team player will help you settle in well.
