A UK based Yacht Management company is seeking a Crew Recuiter to join its busy team.

Central to the Yacht Management department and working closely with the Directors, this position takes a lead role in placing seafarers onto luxury yachts within the companies managed fleet. The role itself is a combination of sales, marketing, HR and financial management and applicants will need a keen eye for detail and be highly organised. Applicants will be fully conversant with the MLC, in particular the 'Seafarer Recruitment and Placement' section which must be strictly adhered to.

Applicants must have the right to live/work in the UK and will be within easy reach of the companies offices in the North East of England. Previous yachting experience is highly desirable, and recruitment experience is highly advantageous. A full role spec is available in application.
